Hi Everyone,

I have a PSP selection in January at Amsterdam and would really appreciate any feedback on the sim detail and other tests on the day. PM's greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Suggest new joiners ask the recruiting team to explain why they will be fined Aed2500 if they are found flushing toilet paper down the upstairs toilets in their Mayden accommodation.

Always good to know what you are getting into.

Exactly where does this fine info come from? I live in Meydan and we have not been informed about anything to do with the upstairs loo. Is this just a rumour or does anyone have facts to support said fine? If the toilets do indeed clog (which I doubt under normal use) bear in mind some of the non-natural items that some people flush...no problem with them being fined.

You must be new here. It is very unwise to question the Don. He knows EVERYTHING.

Interesting you should say that 86. Have recently flown with an FO who showed me an email, stating that no paper was to be flushed from upstairs toilets, and also stated the fine.
Is it only the selected few getting this?

Obviously, only those pilots who are really full of it will get the memo.

eye examination

Hi guys,

I've been invited to Dubai in january for selection.
Question: what do they check on the medical eye examination? Is -5 dioptries a hard limit or not (they say "recommended")? I have actually slightly more than that, but corrected to 100% and unrestricted EASA class 1 medical.
Can anyone with experience PLEASE answer me? Thank you!

INTERVIEW ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW

Any updates regarding the actual test/interview process, how to prepare for it best as it seems that has not been discussed in a while. Any folks recently attended who could share their experience?

Tecom or manazel in al barsha will meet your needs
Unfortunately the mosque at al barsha is a bit too loud, so my preferences are
Tecom, then Manazel
