What are the present conditions for fo’s? ( the real ones despite the average of 40k aprox between basic and flying pay for 70 hs in the formal offer). The bonus was low?

Then FZ will follow the EK.

Those are almost same company under UAE gov.

Word on the street is that FOs got a U$200 raise on their basic and captains will have a U$400 review. Roughly 2% difference.

I've got a few friends on a holding pool, no news so far. It seems that Boeing's delayed deliveries has something to do with that. But there has been at least 4-5 FO batches that I'm aware of this year.
