Yess flower....they do employ women pilots... infact they already have 3 female capitanos if I'm not mistaken...
And a few bunch of female F/O... 1 local lady joined as S/O as well...

One female captain and several first officers, Flower Girl.
If QR offers you a job, Slam Dunk, you should take it if just to get the jet time and expanded route experience. You can always move on when you have gained enough from your sentence.

One female cpt only..? why.... the other two resigned..?
... no i think we have 3 female cpt for the time being as Tuan said.(one from France, one from Belgium/greece, one Caribbean if iīm correct...).

that is good to hear. Thanks for the info guys. Do you know what the requirements are and whom should i apply direct to. I put my application on their web page twicem last year and this year, but got nothing so far
