Yess flower....they do employ women pilots... infact they already have 3 female capitanos if I'm not mistaken...

And a few bunch of female F/O... 1 local lady joined as S/O as well...

If QR offers you a job, Slam Dunk, you should take it if just to get the jet time and expanded route experience. You can always move on when you have gained enough from your sentence.
