General M. P.S You are loosing more and more pilots, nobody wants to be a part of this unsafe dictatorial system anymore.
Are you blind or just stu..d.
There are so many pilots with Licences but they cant fly because of your stupid university nonsense.
NOW YOU ARE ASKING CABIN CREW MEMBERS WITH UNIVERSITY DEGREES FOR THE AB INITIO PROGRAMM.
And why this because more and more pilots are resigning and no applications.
This is rubbish.
Why are u not able to keep experienced pilots in your company.
And forget all meetings BECAUSE YOU TALK NONSENSE!!!!

Why its not 4 years, if its bring the SunExpress high standarts?
Why from turkey approved one?
Do you think, your pilots were uneducated?
Do you think, you and your gang could write 14 JAR-FCL exam and pass in once?

They knew TRI syllabus by heart and even the sequence of failures, which came in the sim. The instructor find it out but your gang pull him out of the training department.

Well, I think reason to anger from him is maybe,
because this will affect his career and maybe he will not be able to find a job thats why he is so angry. And maybe his family or his next of kin does not like the idea,........... he might end up with problems both proffesionally and privately........ maybe alot of reasons like this. Thats why he was so angry with us not because he cares .........
But now he understands what it is, what it means when you PLAY
WITH SOMEONES LIVES, WHAT IT MEANS TO BECOME JOBLESS
WHAT IT MEANS IF YOU ARE FORCED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY
LIKE HE HAS DONE TO A LOT OF OUR FRIENDS.
WHEN SOME ONE DECIDES TO HALT YOUR CAREER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering why nobody is asking P.S why so many pilots resigned and why so many pilots want to leave.
Luft@nsa and Th@mas C@@K sAFETY dEPARTMENT you have to react.
There are big Safety issues in the company.
Ask the pilots about the situation.

Just saw the pictures of Poznan Accident.
The Captain was one of the guys who signed the letter to fly more than 300 hours.
What was the reason ? Fatigue due to exceeding limits
Lack of Procedures? Lack of Training?

i realy hate pilot meetings!!
i dont want to go,because they are waste of time!!
always same things!!
and my stomach feels very bad when they say they did very good things for the company but we didnt understand and thank to them!!!

Why are the Cpts afraid to speak up? Only in the cockpit...hey I have an offer,let's make the meetings in the cockpit so they also can speak,may be the pressure change helps them 
We are loosing FO's,did u notice? Not the captains.I saw many guys complain during flight and when we come to company and when they see someone from management they put their prettiest smile on the face and say everything is just fine,surprisingly no shame from me that he spoke 7 hrs cursing them!

THE REASON WHY THEY MIGHT GET CONDOR PILOTS AND GERMAN MANAGMENT PILOTS IS NOT BECAUSE THEY LIKE ANT WANT LUFTHANSA PILOTS.

most of the captains are not happy as well but they dont speak up because they dont have the guts to do.
They are all scared. They dont want to loose their jobs.
