Why are the Cpts afraid to speak up? Only in the cockpit...hey I have an offer,let's make the meetings in the cockpit so they also can speak,may be the pressure change helps them
We are loosing FO's,did u notice? Not the captains.I saw many guys complain during flight and when we come to company and when they see someone from management they put their prettiest smile on the face and say everything is just fine,surprisingly no shame from me that he spoke 7 hrs cursing them!
