sleep trackers

Anyone had useful results with sleep with an activity tracker? So many on the market I don't know where to start!

I've only used a cheapy one. False economy. It was an activity tracker and you had to tell it when you were off to bed, so a little poor as I'd always forget. Invest a little more on a good quality one that will automatically sense when you're asleep. A colleague was raving about his withings one a few months back and said it was excellent.

Drink a cup of camomile tea (2 bags) and you'll never need to know what a sleep tracker is.
