I've only used a cheapy one. False economy. It was an activity tracker and you had to tell it when you were off to bed, so a little poor as I'd always forget. Invest a little more on a good quality one that will automatically sense when you're asleep. A colleague was raving about his withings one a few months back and said it was excellent.
