Audio Tests

For a holder of an EASA IR a bi-annual Audiogram is required. I have heard that it is possible to avoid / get around this by having a practical hearing test given by an examiner (LST or I/R).

What are the details?

It is not performed instead of audiometry but in addition if you can't meet the renewal audiometry standards. Details are here....
