E' un A320 di Aeroflot,
sul forum internazionale ci sono varie pagine di commenti, inclusi quelli di qualche pilota Aeroflot non proprio entusiasta della pubblicita' gratuita...

The Federal Aviation Administration regulation says "no pilot may take off
an aircraft that has frost, ice or snow adhering to" critical surfaces suchas the wings, stabilizers and instrument systems. This is evidently the case and the pilots did the right thing given the type of contaminant ( un adhering light powdered snow) and probable temperature.
Deice when not needed does more arm than good as deicing/ anticing fluid tend to accumulate in aerodynamically quiet areas often difficult to inspect and clean.
Beside that Aeroflot is by far one of the most expert operator in winter ops due to climate they have been operating for 70 years.Have you ever heard of Siberia?
Before the unfortunate ( seen the resulting capitalistic excesses and general decline of the working and intellectual classes ) fall of the Soviet Union was by far the largest airline of the world with more than 400.000 pax per day and thousand of aircraft serving 3500 destinations in Russia only and was apparently the first to introduce what are now known as SOPs. Having had the pleasure to fly with some former Aeroflot pilots I can tell you that they are to say the least experts in winter ops.. I think they know a thing of two more than you do.. amici belli !! But you can go and pay for your type rating ( and may be in 15 year you'll get your money back seen the falling salaries.. ) and may be send again Silvio to the rule the country for other 20 and still think you are smart...

Il resto non merita neanche risposta... Ad alcuni di voi mi sento tuttavia di dare il seguente consiglio: ma lo sapete che gli idraulici girano in Q7 e si trombano tutte le signore/ine che richiedono il loro intervento.. ci avete mai pensato?

Jetaim, devi mettere le virgole quando scrivi perché come lo hai scritto tu ha un altro significato. Se scrivi they are, to say the least, experts etc.. concordo ma se scrivi they are, to say, the least experts etc.. Significa il contrario. Non ho capito la storia del Q7 e dell'idraulico come credo molti di noi, magari se sviluppi un po' il concetto ci fai un favore. Come sai alla base del CRM c'è la comunicazione no ?

In effetti, ammetto, la punteggiatura era totalmente mancante ma, dato il contesto, con un minimo di conoscenza della lingua inglese non credo si potessero avere molti dubbi sul senso della frase.
Quanto all'idraulico col Q7, dato che molti idealizzano, senza considerare le implicazioni legate alla progressiva massificazione edai costi inavvicinabili dell'addestramento, una professione d'altro canto sempre piu bistratta , mal retribuita, che comporta grandi sacrifici anche a livello famigliare , di fatto in Italia finita a meta anni 90 e che finira' per essere accessibile , a certi livelli, solo o quasi in aree climatiche caldo/umide dove sono in vigore moderne forme di schivismo , il mio voleva solo essere un consiglio spassionato su una possibile alternativa....meno "epica" ma per alcuni forse piu realistica..e sicuramente piu' ricca di soddisfazioni per il futuro Io stesso dovessi tornare indietro..ci farei un pensierino... risparmio emergetico, pompe di calore, pannelli solari termici, fotovoltaici mi interessano assai.. quasi quasi ..potenziali soci ?
