The 1500h + FOs go to the middle-east and there are no FOs with 500-1000 hours because 2 years nobody was doing linetraining.
So the point is if you have no SFOs you have no CPTs If you have no CPTs you have no LTCs to make new FOs |
Assessment day Dublin
Does anyone have an assessment day coming up in June and would like to do assessment prep together in Dublin beforehand?

expenses and salary
Dear Pilots,
I am looking for someone that could share some info's about the salary during the line training. I am quite interested to apply for the cadet program but in order to be fully ready I need absolutely to know how much a cadet will earn (under DAC, Malta Air or Buzz) taxes, cost for living during the type rating, cost for the license transfer under the Irish autorithy, cost for the uniform ect ect... Thanks anyone will help me understand better :) Cheers!!! |
Hi guys, I'm applying to Ryanair as a 200-hour cadet soon and I'm just wondering about the online aptitude test, specifically ATPL questions. Due to COVID I've been delayed with my application and hence I've completely forgotten all of the ATPL stuff. I was doing questions in a bank from latestpilotjobs.com and I'm scoring around 50-60% in each 30-question exam I take. I wasn't part of a Ryanair programme before finishing at my course so I'm unsure of how the process works.
I was hoping to apply this week as I fell ready for an interview/sim as well as the rest of the aptitude test, but I don't feel at all confident about doing any ATPL questions. Will I be given an ATPL exam to do, and if so what's the pass mark? (I assume it's 75% but just want to know for certain) |
Feedback window?
A general question to historically successful/not successful type rated candidates - how long did it take for you to receive a go/no go call from HR?

I tried to send you a PM, but there's some issue with the inbox being "full", so I sent an e-mail instead. Please reply there.

I did not review a bank at all and it went just fine! I passed the Online Assessment, so just trust you knowledge from Ground School and you will be fine! |
Hey, mate. Did you get any info regarding your question? Have the same story in a few days… thanks

Hi all, Do you know if there's any way to change your email in your ryanair career's profile? I can't see any option, the only way I supose is to create a new account but they say clear that you DON'T have to do that, so.... what can I do?
Delete old application and create a new one? |

Hey, does somebody knows how much time usually it takes to get invited for the interview in Dublin after passing the online assessment? I passed mine on the 22nd of April and still waiting for the email. (Not mentoured MCC)
Are they starting to slow down with recruitment as the season has already started? Thanks I did the online test in the morning and was invited to Dublin at the end of the day. It was on wednesday, this week. |

Info request
Hi everybody,
What is the email address where I can ask to Ryanair if I can have a second chance for the simulator assessment? Thank you |
Ryanair Reply
Hey guys, just a quick question as to how long it took ryanair to reply to you? I applied on 11.05. and as of 28.05. i haven't recieved any reply. I also went to the pilot info day thing a few days ago because i had heard it speeds up the process. Do they even reply to your application if they don't want to go further with it?

Thank you If the former you just reapply after 12 months, if the latter then forget it, it ain't happening. Edit to add, be very careful of approaching them seeking things outside the norm. They are very strict on what they deem "canvassing" and it may disqualify you in future too. |
I’d be very surprised if ryr can still charge 30k as of next year given the current crewing situation across all airlines…

Can anyone confirm or deny the blue-sky salaries? I saw figures for 17k in line training, 18,5k basic post line training, then 20,5k basic after 1500 hrs. Is this true? Are you likely to switch to a direct contract soon after and if so, what is the pay? Lets sat for dublin or stn based crew. |
