I take notes from this forum and previous years forums whenever I see anything interesting or relevant to the process etc. A bit sad, I know!! But I have in my notes that from approximately 8k applicants in a previous round, around 230 will be invited to the full day assessment in Dublin (spread out across different days). Of that 230, about half will be sent home at the midpoint of the day with the second half remaining for a panel interview. Just bear in mind I think I came to these figures by putting together random bits of information from different comments and it may not be accurate.

It will be around 600 that get to Dublin.

Nope one of my friends emailed them to check, so it was only sent back out to them on the basis of their email.

My information was poorly gathered then if this is true haha! How do you know it is 600, just wondering? I am glad, gives me a higher percentage chance of making it to the next stage at least.

Hi we were told at assessment center last year that there had been approx 6000, of which about 10% (can't remember the exact figure, think it was 580) got an invite to the assessment center. The chief instructor Karl O'Neil recently posted to LinkedIn that they had received a significantly higher number of applicants than last time. The bad news is there's still only 18 places available. They also mentioned at the assessment center that there could be an extra intake this year (meaning this one) so hopefully it will run again in August if not successful this time.

I was there last year! You’re chatting roughly 40 each day x5 days over 3 weeks.
