Sooon, it’s a very small team reviewing a vast amount of applications, it’s better for them to manually review and take their time rather than just randomly picking them or using an application to do all the work.

Ineligible applicants were removed first, then along with anyone who unfortunately didn’t meet the criteria of the CUT-E tests.
Yesterday the applicants in the high percentile
who got the highest scores were invited to pick their dates, now they are progressing through applicants who are in the mid-high results from the CUT-E, those who scored equally well will have their CV and application manually scrutinised further to pick out those with a diverse range of talents and previous experience.

I have this info from a member of the team but am not on the team myself, of course more people will be selected over several days however they carry out the bulk of the process in two main batches, as per the selection process last year and 2019 some people will revive dither invites outside of these two main selections.

What are you talking about?? That's exactly what he said. More good and bad news to come so it doesn't matter what order it comes in. Everyone who gets to the assessment centre has a chance of getting it in the end, regardless of their CUT E results. Otherwise they would be wasting their own time...
