I completed mine a few days ago and haven't heard back yet. Given what happened last year, it might be towards March time that we hear back. I do remember seeing somewhere though that someone had said they got a rejection a couple of days after their digital interview, so I imagine they are working through them steadily.

For those previously asking about the 100 hour restriction to apply. It would appear that this was not put in place by either CAA/EASA. Does seem to me that TUI have been aiming to run a much slicker recruitment drive this year.

Just completed my digital interview, I did receive an automated email saying thank you for submitting responses. I believe the website says we'll hear back by 18 March but my guess is its unlikely we will hear earlier than that date.
Now a painful wait until March! Only one week of assessment centre dates though, 15-19 April from the FAQ section so they can't be taking that many through to that stage. Anyone know from last year if they had more than one weeks worth of assessment centres?

Hi Everyone,
I had a weird experience with the assessments. I got an average in numerical and verbal and above average in logical and I got a successful email and access to the digital interview immediately. Do you think it's a mistake? I saw a lot of people with two above average that got rejected so seems pretty weird.

Response from recruitment team
Could anyone advise me on how long it takes to get a response from the recruitment team please? I encountered multiple issues with the online assessment whilst sitting it, having a drastic impact on my achieved results (below average/average). I haven’t completed my numerical reasoning tests yet as I was hoping the team could look into this for me (as having spoken to Sova, who cannot assist further with the problem being a local one - I think down to my WiFi connection and the weather ugh) and possibly offer me the chance of resubmission, but with the weekend approaching (and my deadline to complete the tests) I’m concerned I’m going to miss out on this opportunity without a fair chance

As long as you can explain to them why you had issues and maybe some proof, screenshot etc. otherwise they may think you’re trying to spoof the test

Just found this forum after digging around for anyone in a similar boat. Glad there's finally like minded people around. So the Speedbird scheme I got rejected about 10 days after my video assesment. So thought I'd try for TUI. So I got 3 above averages on the reasoning tests, and digital interview was completed on the 9th Jan. This wait is more than painful for the results

I believe numerical you need to get above average to pass

I was average for numerical and I passed, I was very quick though as I knew it was my weakest bit.
Got above average on logic and verbal though.
I've never really thought about being a pilot but I do love a challenge so when I seen an ad I thought I'd give it a go, I done the tests and the video interview all within an hour of seeing the ad.
Mad ride

I applied as a Belgian for this program and completed the English assessment with a score of 8.1/10 for speaking and 9.2/10 for the writing part. Subsequently, I received an email from SOVA congratulating me on passing the online assessment and informing me that I advanced to the face-to-face interview stage. They mentioned they would contact me within two weeks. It seems there might be an error in the system, and I contacted TUI on Monday but haven't received a response since. Afterward, I completed my reasoning assessments. I couldn't view my results, but I received the same email again and haven't received a rejection email.
