Hello, this are the range of dates that Aer Lingus have said the Group assessment day will be held between, based on what they've put on the website:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the assessment centre stage which will be held in Dublin between Monday 25th September 2023 and Friday 13th October 2023.
Please note that you will be required to provide copies of your Leaving Certificate or equivalent (including any third level degree or aviation related apprenticeship) to verify that you meet the essential criteria at the group assessment centre stage in Dublin.
Candidates may also be asked to retake the online assessments during the assessment centre.
Part of the selection process involves passing a Class 1 and company medical.

Monday 25th September to Friday 13th October. No idea if successful applicants will get something of a choice of dates or will just be assigned one though.

Hey guys,
I saw it mentioned that successful candidates will be called regarding the next stage. I recently moved and had to change my phone number. I am worried if I am potentially successful, that they will try and call that old number, and if there is no answer just move on to next person. Do you think they will email candidates too? or should I reach out to update my phone number? Thanks.

Keeping a close watch out of curiosity as AerLingus had a reputation in the past for poor communication with applicants. It could be into next week before they update any of you.
We used to send email updates to everyone "we expect to have updates no later then x. Thanks for your patience". With likely a few thousand waiting that was always the best thing to do.
Don't forget to have a CV and cover letter ready for when BA opens it's cadet scheme which should be any day now! Rumors down the grapevine that Jet2 is looking at a similar scheme.

phase 1 was this time last week, plus a AL employee earlier in this thread hinted itd possibly start late this week, so to guess they could do it the same dates as phase 1.
who knows, might not hear anything until next week

do you have any info as to why regrets were split? Are those going out today likely to have passed the minimum criteria from the online tests but are being turned away on some other factors?
