Is there any chance for non-EU citizen ICAO pilot with 500 TT, 300+ hrs on A320 ? I am applying for NTR position? Thanks

Absolutely not if you have the right behaviour, age isn't an issue. It's all about that, show no confidence at all and it will be, show too much and it also might be.

The latest information are

"During the training period full salary payment will be provided."

I don't know about the payment tho.

Just applied, they replied to my friend within a day and I got no response yet, will they send a rejection email if I’m not selected?

Also, I started my application a while ago (didnt complete, just to see what is needed) and they just told me I don’t have enough information so we will not be evaluating out of blue one day. I updated the same account to apply. Would that be a problem? Should I apply with a new email?

Does anybody know if SunExpress pay for flights/hotel to go and do the Mollyhawk test? and are the next steps on consecutive days? or is it needed to go there three times?

The latest news I heard is that they don't pay for flights anomyre let alone hotels. You might have a discount in a specific hotel but it could still be more expensive than another one of your choice.

Consecutive days are a thing but keep in mind that Mollymawk should be fully successful to go to the next step and if you aren't, your sim from the next day will simply be postponed.

Its the 1st step of the interview so I would suggest formal interview attire, suit and tie for gentlemen, suit and blouse for ladies.

Anyone who has been to Mollymawk, can you please explain the steps i would be going through once i arrive at SunExpress headquarter in Antalya?
I thought we were gonna sit in a kinda exam center and do the test. But it looks like im gonna be meeting HR and will be kinda short interview as well. Would like further explanation on this. Thanks!

The HR meeting will not be short and will last min. 1 hour. Brace for Tech questions and tricky HR questions. However totally doable. You start with the Mollymawk and preceed to sim assessment and the interview is last.
