Mine took close to 6 weeks before the first response that my application would move on to "Review". After that, it took 1 week untilI receiving the inviation for an assessment in Hamburg.

Hello guys,

My question is simple and it might look a little bit strange... What can I expect on a CQ? Is it an interview? Psico tests? CRM questions?
I'm not asking for any specific info, just what is a CQ?

I've been searching on the internet and I didn't find any clear answer.

Thanks!

The term CQ stands for Corporate Qualification. Expect a personal interview with HR people probably also a technical Pilot and/or training Captain of the company. Although I never went through it myself at this stage they want to evaluate whether you are a good fit within the company organizational and cultural structure.

The reason why a lot of people are still waiting for an invitation onto the next stage is that currently there is a waiting list.

Hope that helps and good luck!

Hi,

I did the CQ for Anisec few weeks ago, it was a personal interview with 1 captain and 1 psy, then a group exercise by 3, and a final interview at te end of the day for a kind of debriefing and the last chance to ask something concerning the training process, etc...

If you are based in VIE, you will have a contract from day 1 (they cannot make a trainee contract as in Germany), which means you will get a full salary including (I guess) 75 hours of flight duty even if you don't fly (the new contracts are great). So it would be something around 2800Ä/month net (income tax are deducted from your gross salary). If you are based in PMI, this is slightly different, but they will get new contracts soon that will be very similar with VIE. And there will be retroactivity, which means that even if you start with the old contracts, when the new one will be in force, you will get the difference.
Now, I have to say, Eurowings Europe is a good place to fly!

Cheers!

Max
Hey Max,

I can remember from an article about Eurowings last year that a Mobility package is available for those who are not residents in Vienna. This is a benefit from the new collective labour agreement accepted at the end of last year. Have you got any information about this?

Oh meanwhile I found the article:

https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/l...nt-in-austria/

Cheers,

After the "Bankrupt" of Germany airline , I think is very difficult for new pilots to enter in Eurowings, even though they passed the selection process.I guess the market of pilots in Germany will be saturated for at least the next two years.
