Conditions of Employment..?
As this airline is in the UAE, I wonder whether conditions will be similar to those in Emirates (see link below)...

skhan 11 where is your application up to ,and any way guys do you know whether those 2 who got to their phase 1 have they gone to do training in abudhabi or they doing something else.

My application status is the same as everyone else's. Just simply "Applied". I did call them up early this month, and the only information they gave out was that they would start shortlisting this month (May). Maybe it would even extend into June.
Oh, and no one is past phase 1 unless phase 1 is simply "Applying", and that I hardly doubt it is.
Cheers, and come on people English is the preferred language. This is not a Bollywood forum.
