Ok, now is my time to share knowledge about the interview...
HR questions:
- Why ryr
- did you apply for other companies?
- Why have you done Your mcc in Berlin
- how did you pay Your training
- if the capt during an approach refuses to help you, how would you react?
Technical questions :
PA 2000ft, temp +30C , density altitude?
Leg 80nm, speed 138 knots, time?
Why pa28 has dihedral and c172 don't?
What is stall , and at which angle of attack a C172 stalls
Flight mode annunciator
About RYR :
How many planes
How many bases
Seats number
Cabin crew

(about the math's stuff, they wanted me to be precise)

Feel free to pm if you want more details!!!
The best of luck Guys.

About the SIM...the airport was Leeds, climb rwy hdg to 4000ft after 3 dme turn right to a certain hdg. Some aerial work, like turns and speed increases...then an emergency - fire in the galley- , but since i was overheading the ndb he told me to perform the whole bloody procedure...my advise is to ask every time for an ils approach..if you are lucky he can vector you to a long final, as he did with my partner. By the way, since i was not clear to land i performed a go-around. After the call "go around flaps15" he froze the SIM and he put me back in a final for visual. He also wanted us at a certain point to indicate in the chart where we were...so pay attention to Your adf and dme.

Ceiling was at 800ft , and he also put some light turbulence

The whole thing lasted 25 min more or less.

Hi guys,

do you think RYR will consider a guy with 350h TT (including 80 on corporate turboprops) as a cadet? Do they look at theoretical ATPL results? My avarage is 84% but with 3 re-writes. And one more thing: do you think that MCC CAE is worth 6500EUR (I mean does it really help in getting a job in RYR?)

Cheers

still waiting...

hi..

I have a question about the CAE Ryanair assesment..

I finished my integrated ATPL in March 2011 and I have applied right away.. applied again a couple of times after that... but didn't get any reply from CAE..

In the mean while I read Ryanair is hiring like crazy..

Am I doing anything wrong?

It is an NG but the instrument panel is displayed as a CL. So that even someone who has never seen speed tapes is able to fly it
