Well done people!!!

I'm happy for you and envy you at the same time....I have about the same amount of hours, my problem is that I'm in the US and a regional would not dare look at resume/CV that doesn't have atleast 1500TT....Great job and for those still hoping, lets keep on hoping!!!

Fantastic news mate! It's been quite a wait, but it's paid off eh!

Look forward to flying with you. Based in EDI now but might be taking a transfer to LBA.

See you 'round the traps,

Paul, regarding your thanks: you're welcome ! (just kidding)
Quite a long way from that 04th May 2001 when we turned up at Fort Pierce, eh?

Now, remember who your friends are, mate!

BMI REGIONAL (merged)

Hello,

I have a Bmi interview coming up in a few weeks and I was wondering if anyone has any info with regards to how the interview is conducted.
I have been told its very relaxed, with questions about previous employment/background etc. and technical questions at the end!

So...does anyone know what technical questions they have a habit of asking? Or anything else worth mentioning!

Any reply would be very much appriciated!

bmi regional pilots

Bmi regional is proving to be a difficult airline to research.

Trying to find info about Regional that does not mangle them in with Baby and Mainline is tricky to say the least.

PPRuNe has been my best resource to date, especially regarding route and interview information.

Could any current bmi regional pilots comment on some, or perhaps all, of the following? ...
  • What did your sim check/profile entail?
  • What are they like as an employer?
  • What are the rosters/flying hours like?
  • Do you tend to fly with the same pilots?
  • What is their basing policy?
  • What are your favourite routes?
  • Where do you find yourselves doing night-stops (if any)?
  • Would you stay with them long term?
  • Any other comments that come to your mind about the company?
Many thanks,

Haul.
