Les opérations ont bien débuté en Albanie avec le 757.
Comme je l'ai dit précédemment, ceux qui veulent vraiment travailler pour EAE doivent prendre leur mal en patience, ils ont toujours fonctionné de la sorte.

Albanian are a very inexperienced lot. This has caused problems for 757 ops. Although they are still operating for the Hajj.
B744 not flying and wont be for a while yet.
Company not able to pay staff on time and looks set to happen for third month in a row for permanent staff in France.
I know they havent paid the staff they hired (pilots etc) through Wynnwith for at least three months or maybe more and I also hear they are breaking contracts with some if not all. Wynnwith, I believe, are taking Noor to court through the French system and people who have held on and been promised work, yet again, have been let down.
It´s disorganised and disfunctional. Best avoided

Il est peut-être bon de savoir que la compagnie Noor (ex Eagle Aviation Europe) a été formée par un seul investisseur. Lorsque la compagnie a adopté son nouveau nom, Le patron a placé un homme de main (compatriote d’origine) à la tête de la compagnie, en lui ‘’cédant’’ 51 % du capital social. Ceci avait le double avantage de le protéger derrière un ‘’paravent’’ d’une part, et de rendre la société en conformité aux règles européennes d’autre part. En effet, cet ‘’actionnaire’’ est maintenant de nationalité suédoise, donc membre de l’UE. Plus de 50 % sont donc actuellement détenus par des ressortissants européens, ce qui est une exigence légale.
Le 757 est actuellement exploité par une compagnie appartenant au groupe du fondateur de Noor. Les factures pour l’utilisation de l’avion et des équipages sont-elles payées par la compagnie albanaise ? Si les sommes dues devaient atteindre un montant suffisant, il serait facile de mettre Noor en faillite après avoir utilisé l’avion et les équipages au seul profit de la compagnie albanaise sans que cela ne coûte un Euro. Quand nos autorités vont-elles se rendre compte de la supercherie ? Si supercherie il y a, il sera probablement trop tard…

et quand est ce que la DGAC va etre au courant que les equipages 747 ne sont plus payes depuis 3 mois ..........S'il ne paye pas les crews vont ils depenser de l'argent pour la maintenance.....Ce sont des escrocs..........
