You should look in the Italian forum and attempt to translate some of the comments. Unfortunately there are not too encouraging 
Rishworth are advertising for Capt and FO either type rated or not for a course in July starting in October. Which suggest both a second aircraft in October and the possibility that you will only start to receive salary in October for a years contract. It does not say if you will have to pay for the type rating

This company has been infected by a virus called marcellitis. Symptoms are people start hallucinating about B777. The good news is that this virus only affects certain Austrian nationals.
A second DC10 ?The operation of their first DC10 is already a total disaster .
Converting their DC10 into a pizzeria would be more appropriate and at least they would be able to solve their delivery solutions.
