You should look in the Italian forum and attempt to translate some of the comments. Unfortunately there are not too encouraging
Rishworth are advertising for Capt and FO either type rated or not for a course in July starting in October. Which suggest both a second aircraft in October and the possibility that you will only start to receive salary in October for a years contract. It does not say if you will have to pay for the type rating
