VERY amusingly it seems even tho some on the Island have been stringing AJ along telling him they will give him business if he starts up again, they have ACTUALLY given the business elsewhere.

I also know two individuals owed money at BLK who are will be trying to get a/c impounded if they ever take to the skies with AJ, and the Austrailan is very aware of the facts, even tho he cant shift the a/c.

To anyone stupid enough to risk another load of grief, if you dont know this already, just leave well alone.

wring your cap ??

straight not level,i trust a man of your ability would never have to approach an airline chief executive ,wringing your cap, like a cringing milksop,to quote bradley hardacre !! I would rejoice in the ressurection of emerald as a major player in the UK freight business, however,i would hope those tempted to return to the operation, would be very well rewarded for their faith in the new business..by the way, very best wishes on your new position, well deserved !!

Agreed - really hope AJ is successful again - we need the 748s back in the UK skies again. What a shame Ops may be run again by someone that has caused so many previous headaches.

How can you be so sure?

I heard AJ was on his way with the start up venture and it will not be long before the budgies are back in the sky.

Is that a squadron of flying pigs I see?

It would be great if the 748's got up and flying again. I just can't see it happening.

Hi Anne
How are you? Where are you working now? Someone said Sainsburys. If I hear of any jobs that might interest you I will let you know.It was a crime that Emerald went and I think it was down to one person, Wendy Crick who had it in for Emerald,
Have you discovered who EICGO is? You accused me of being him. I think the most likely candidate is F.Barker or possibly P Thompson.
Best regards

There was only one person responsible for the downfall of Emerald and his name has been well documented on this thread and it doesn't need re-igniting again.

The CAA may have been after Jem, but they can't take an AOC away without just cause. That lays the blame squarely at the feet of the AOC postholders.

Red face

It's a bit much to call our ex-TRE from Texas a pig!

He was heard on the RT recently - so watch out for the droppings!

Anne - lets hope they have the intelligence to re-employ you when they need a hand in the office.

I hear a lot of the old team are involved.

This is excellent and I applaud AJ if he does make a success this time around.
