The decisions being made about the restructure are coming from the very top, I should imagine FOP and its training department are just continuing as normal until they hear otherwise. Cathay are taking a long time to come up with a plan.

They probably paid upfront for the ones in Adelaide, and they only pay half anyway.... so if it's paid, then might as well leave them be..
