Let’s see. Since 2019 we have lost:
-40% of our fixed pay
-housing assistance, in the most expensive real estate market in the world
-schooling assistance greatly slashed
-ALL bases, with absolutely no prospect of them ever coming back
-approximately 60% of our guaranteed monthly Provident Fund payments
-medical insurance greatly reduced, especially for family
-one/two weeks of yearly leave
-any certainty on how much you will get paid on any given month
-any visibility on your career progression, with seniority now being meaningless for upgrades & DECs and DEFOs
-any number of small perks, like being able to have family on jumpseats, or even simply get a positioning duty changed to another date (cannot)
I can’t for the life of me figure out what aircrew are whining about, hopefully the task force can figure it out
