Another Survey
Two Questions
1. Why bother?
2. Why Is the AOA asking me to do so ?. Answer, A complete waiste of time.
This volunteering BS has to stop . And it has to stop coming from the AOA! .

Employee surveys are tools used my management to find any weaknesses that can be used against employees or justify management bonuses.
Employee engagement studies are junk science:

flapsupdown. You are unbelievable. A couple of years ago we sent the company survey results that told them in BIG numbers that we thought they were incompetent, vindictive, useless, feckless, ineffective, destructive, distrustful and hopeless. Since then, there has been "0" response to any substantive issue. What exactly do you think the latest 'survey' will achieve?

Gotta kind of figure out these things for yourself in life.
I used to fill out a lot of surveys and write a lot of letters. Took me awhile to figure out that it wasn't particularly useful if no one really listened to them (unless it made me feel better about something or other). Even if I got a nice looking letter back which said pleasant things.
So now I only write letters and fill out surveys to entities genuinely interested in what I might have to say and who might do something as a result of it. It's a waste of my time and effort otherwise (and might create false expectations).
Guess you'll have to figure out for yourself which are worth filling out and which are not.

I don't think it'll achieve anything! They will continue to see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear!
Just funny that we are wasting our time moaning about a survey haha
