A couple of years ago we sent the company survey results that told them in BIG numbers that we thought they were incompetent, vindictive, useless, feckless, ineffective, destructive, distrustful and hopeless. Since then, there has been "0" response to any substantive issue. What exactly do you think the latest 'survey' will achieve?
