The A50 Seat Debacle

Many have been here long enough to remember the various seat screw ups there has been over the years and the amount of cash CX has thrown away in this regard is only limited by your imagination... (the A50 being the latest)
Well, a fix is in the works so this will "never" happen again using the traditional Swire/CX methodology...

Read and weep....

My personal however cynical belief; CX sees some big profits coming a year or so out (less fuel burn A50 + much lower fuel costs etc.) so plans are afoot to get rid of that pesky item called "profit". What better way to do this - manufacture/sell very expensive seats to CX from another separate Swire company. Better yet it's even in another country...
Call me "jaded"..

This is why the entire management team needs to be replaced , they are not paying attention to the product that they are selling . People are noticing and voicing their concerns at long last
