HKA IFESD
HKA A332F on flight from Narita to HKG shut down No.1 engine and diverted to Fukuoka yesterday.
Incident: Hong Kong Air A332 near Fukuoka on Sep 18th 2011, engine shut down in flight
No more detail at present.

Good job how? I guess they didn't crash if thats what you mean.
Not saying they didn't do a good job and I am sure their adrenaline was pumping, but landing safely with an engine out and (seemingly) few other factors...well I mean would we expect anything less from an airline pilot?

Good as in they didn't drive it into a primary school.
Whilst a simple engine out is handle with ease at most carriers,
a large percentage of HKA pilots failed their interview sims
only to be passed by singaswine paper pushers after the fact.
A surprise to the checker a few weeks later when he saw them in
the office.
