Jumpseating on Cathay
I'll be traveling from New York to Vancouver in about a week. Does Cathay take jumpseaters on those flights, or do I need to get an ID90? If you do take jumpseaters, what is the drill? Do I need to list, or can I just show up at the counter? Thanks

CX jumpseat may only be released to CX staff, parents & children of CX staff but not siblings. Unfortunately it's very restrictive however I'm not so sure it's all CXs doing I believe HKCAD set some pretty tough guidelines after 9/11.

Guys, too lazy to do a little research? Go to CX website and you will find one can make reservation for JFK to YVR. Econ, Busn and 1st.
Here is my question: Is the best thing you can get is a ID90? No free flying (in the back or not) like we do in the US?
