Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

If you already hold a JAR FI, all you need is to remove the " no applied instruments" restriction from your FI.
I can advise on Stapleford Flight Center, their 2 FIC/Examiners will do a beautiful job at training you.
Only problem is they both appear to be fully booked well into this summer.
But any well established school (FTO) should be able to provide this training (i think!)
Good luck

" no applied instruments" restriction from your FI.
Fakawi is located in "Europe" so presumably outside the UK therefore, will not have a No Applied Instrument limitation on the JAA FI rating!

Almost any UK FIC provider can provide the IRI course. A list is available on page 7 of:http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/Doc%203...rsion%2091.pdf It is referred to as Flight Instructor Additional Qualifications. Try ONTRACK AVIATION LIMITED
