Where to find an IRI(A) course

Thanks in advance to all thone in the know who are willing to share.
I am looking to become a JAR instrument instructor. Already being a JAR FI cpl and having instructed IFR in the US.
It seems no one is offering courses for that.
Anyone out there who coild help me ?

If you already hold a JAR FI, all you need is to remove the " no applied instruments" restriction from your FI.
I can advise on Stapleford Flight Center, their 2 FIC/Examiners will do a beautiful job at training you.
Only problem is they both appear to be fully booked well into this summer.
But any well established school (FTO) should be able to provide this training (i think!)
Good luck

If London isn't too far then

The Pilot Centre - Denham Aerodrome

Eva will be able to help.

" no applied instruments" restriction from your FI.
Fakawi is located in "Europe" so presumably outside the UK therefore, will not have a No Applied Instrument limitation on the JAA FI rating!

Almost any UK FIC provider can provide the IRI course. A list is available on page 7 of:http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/Doc%203...rsion%2091.pdf It is referred to as Flight Instructor Additional Qualifications. Try ONTRACK AVIATION LIMITED
