Thanks again to all, from the technos to the "actually, it doesn't feel that bad" contributions.
For the usual sordid financial reasons, I can't afford a microlight circuit at the moment. But as soon as I can slip a wad to a decent and trustworthy instructor (i.e As soon as the southern UK weather is REALLY !!!!!
) I'll be up there and putting it all into practice. I hope. Or at least, staying alive.
In the meantime, will be ripping you all off for a textbook.
