Question Courses in Flight Ops?

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knows of any UK institutions that offer part time courses in Flight Operations.

I know of the Dublin Institute of Technology’s course ‘Flight Operations Officer (Dispatcher)’ and would like to find something similar on this side of the water.

Cheers.

Simbad. .There are currently two options, one via City and Guilds of London Institute Aviation Studies and Operations/Dispatch, and also via ATA a private Company offering flight courses.

However, I am aware that with the UK CAA considering adopting/recommending the ICAO Flight Operations Officers Licence syllabus as the training standard for airlines using a flight watch system, that a least one other major college is considering a new course. This college is a JAROPS Pilot licence provider. email me direct and I'll give you more info.
