Simbad. .There are currently two options, one via City and Guilds of London Institute Aviation Studies and Operations/Dispatch, and also via ATA a private Company offering flight courses.
However, I am aware that with the UK CAA considering adopting/recommending the ICAO Flight Operations Officers Licence syllabus as the training standard for airlines using a flight watch system, that a least one other major college is considering a new course.
