Why do you need decent Crewing Staff when your lot just a few months months ago got rid of some decent Crewing Staff?

Why don't BMi just recruit all them from BMiR in ABZ, save themselves some money and doubling workload. Makes sense surely but then, maybe the hirers and firers in ABZ don't want to move <img src="eek.gif" border="0"> How can it be cost effective for BMi to have an offshoot in sweaty-sockland ?? <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Haven't most of the BMiR good guys moved there, or on anyway (with the exception of a few)??. .What you have to bear in mind though Viking, is that it is not easy to dismantle your (not you viking !!)little empire then rebuild it in the real world !!!
