Is it possible for non UK company outside UK to get UK Easa part 147 approval? What are the requirements for that?

UK is just for example.

It is not possible for a company outside the UK to have a UK approval number. A UK company can have a second site outside the UK. If you what a part 147 approval and you are outside the EU you will have to apply to EASA and appy for an EASA part 147 approval.

Actually yes it is, for example HAECO is a part 147 approved organisation by the CAA.

Cool

you don't need to be a member state to hold EASA 145 or 147 approval. Many non member state companies are 145/147 approved, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dunbai, Pakistan, places in China etc etc. You are EASA approved whether it be issued by UK, France, Germany etc etc. CX has 145 approval from the French DGAC.

The EASA prefix is attached to all approval numbers for non-EU third countries (including the Channel Islands) and all Part 21 POA (I think!). Third country applications all go to Cologne but they may ask an EASA Competent Authority (usually the NAAs of the big EASA members) to manage the approval for them.
