you don't need to be a member state to hold EASA 145 or 147 approval. Many non member state companies are 145/147 approved, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dunbai, Pakistan, places in China etc etc. You are EASA approved whether it be issued by UK, France, Germany etc etc. CX has 145 approval from the French DGAC.
