Audio Galaxy I need setup help please

G'day
I just downloaded audio galaxy, and keep getting time out errors when I try to log in, I tried everything they said on the web site. I use Telstra Bigpond in Australia if this is any help. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I use audiogalaxy all the time. The service is very busy since Napster problems, so just leave it online and wait. I t will try to connect every couple of minutes or so. The only other thing may be that your provider blocks access, but I cant see this as being a problem as I think it uses the same gateways (or whatever the term is) as normal ftp. Stick with it - Napster is crap in comparison.

Try imesh.com,similar to audiogalaxy if not quicker.
