A few of my colleagues went for the interviews. The info is quite shocking as I was also under the impression that the money is supposed to be quite good.

Training you start on GBP7500 after 3 months it goes up to GBP8500 and then after another 3 months to GBP11400. You get US$300 per trip and it works on a 4day on 3 day off rotation.

You will do 2 months of LA and then 2 months Hong Kong and so on and so forth.

ONE MAJOR plus is the training course is only 3 weeks so I think all x-flyers can appreciate that.

Air New Zealand LHR

What would be the average monthly salary when working for ANZ LHR, the past threads have said start 7,500 and 300 dollars per layover but is the flight pay per hour or per sector ?

Has anyone got a walk in interview next week with airnz? I do not at the moment have a first aid certificate, do you think this will matter?
Pleas some PM or reply to me ASAP.

I believe "walk-ins" are the first stage of the recruitment process and they are not a true walk in as such as you are given a time for interview. Anyone knows any different please let me know. Have AirNZ commenced walk-ins and if so does anyone have an interview at this stage?? I like many have been waiting over a year for something from AirNz!! Goodluck to all.Sounds great if they are indeed recruiting.

NZ Height !!

All Airline's are strick about height , And if you are a female Crew Member you wear Cabin shoe's which will not be of any help if you are short and the overhead locker's are very high (747) and most important the galley stowages are high too (747) . And I know I should be a gentlemen, But Being a Male crew Member . You get tired of being asked by your fellow crew member please can you reach for that stowage and it's usually where the water bottle's are and which are very heavy . I hope you do get an Answer from NZ .

Good Luck
