Humour during the Safety Demo is quite definitely NOT against CAA regulations as long as it doesn't detract from the demo itself.

Done properly it can enhance the demo and make people actually watch for a change.

did i EVER say that easyjet did have a mystery shopper programme?????? NO. I do this in my own time and has nothing to do whatsoever with easyjet. So please get your facts right before slating me . The reason I don't know wht the rosering pattern is like at GB is I only do 1 flight a week. I have thought about moving across to GB. but you just wanna make me saty even more.. P.s Can't wait to fly with you. God help you that day

You're talking in riddles again. If you fly once a week with GB why dont' you ask one one of your colleagues about the rosters instead of putting posts on here?

You clearly stated you were a mystery shopper with easyJet (or does welshwonder need to get their facts right as well?) and it had been approved by people within easyJet. Why would you choose to do this in your own time? And why should I be bothered if you're on one of my flights if what you do has nothing to do with easyJet?

Let me know which EZY flight you're next gonna be on and I'll lend the crew some red noses and long shoes and get them to leap out of overhead lockers for you, that should make your day.

Well it certainly seems someone hit a raw nerve there doesn't it?

The fact is that this thread has been brought to our attention by a member of crew in LGW, who had (very valid) concerns about some of the things that Jettesen was claiming about easyJet.

I would recommending taking any postings by Jettesen with an aircraft hold full of salt............

Lets clear things up here. I work for easy. On my days off, I work as a mystery shopper for GB - which has been clearly stated in a previous post. This has been approved by various managers within easyjet. You just leave a note for me file in the crew room stating and concerns you have ( if you wish to remain anonymous) I know who you are anyway. ANYWAY happy flying, and am so sorry if this has caused you to be jelous as to how much i earn each month, as obviously this has hit a nerve with you. Love you!

Jettesen - I think you need to take a look at your recent posts. On 1st jan you state that "I took a 5k pay cut when I left EZY - thinking of going back". Yet on 25th Jan you state in reply to Tudor that you have taken home £1500 for the last 6/7 months with EZY.
Also, at the same time , you are enquiring about pay/conditions at Flyjet, Thomas Cook, GB...
No wonder we are confused - you certainly are!!

Well if you really do work for easyJet, send me an e-mail to [email protected] and let me know who you are! I'll be more than happy to confirm to the people here that you are true to your word without revealing who you are if you do that......................................

This is all too funny..I've only just managed to pick myself up from the floor from too much laughter and think i may have given myself a hernia!! Seems somebody had been found out to be related to Fulla Schitt and Noe Schitt!!! I guess poor ol Bull Schitt opps....jettersen failed to realise how many lies he'd told and how stuff like that tends to catch up a the Schitt tends to leave a trail.

I read these forums often and apologise for lack of posts but with all the laughing i hope you understand why.

Happy flying all and keep safe

Humm, can't speak for EZY, but I spent a few years working for FR in STN. As it was my first job as cc I'd nothing to compare it to. This was before inital crew were charged for traning and uniforms. To be fair I did enjoy myself, the work was hard the money was ok but I generally had fun at work. After a while though it became clear that the overriding drive for more profits was having a negitive effect on staff morale. I'm not limiting this comment to cc either. EVERYONE was constantly stressed and unhappy. It's only in retrospect I realise what a shambles the whole opperation was. On the upside, it was a foot in the door, I'm now working for an altogether different carrier and still having a ball.

Hi to all

sorry I haven't posted for so long but I have been slogging my guts out day in day out for a fantastic company! 4 sector days, 6 on, 3 off, standbys ...you name it. Yes it is Easyjet!! Brilliant company indeed. I moved back to my home country, to the gatwick weather, from the other end of the world just for a job with EZY and it was the best move i ever made. They have made me truely welcome. The staff are awesome, great to work with - and have a laugh with Yes the days are long - but if you go in with a good attitude - u have a good day. As for Ryan....hmmmm. Lets not get me started. In two short words...don't bother. I am still probationary and I brought home £1200 last month - wicked!

Well jetteson you certainly have been getting yourself into a little bother. All I can say to you is quit digging before your hole gets any deeper. These forums are here for proper discussions about our beloved industry. We don't need any bull. Why make problems for yourself by saying one thing - then saying another. Someone will always catch you out.

Anyway hats off to all the EZY crew! You are fantastic. Looking forward to heading back to work
