Absolutely gutted at the moment as went for an interview for Hariri's planes and got the "Sorry we're don't want you" email today!

I really want to get into the VVIP market but just can't seem to find the jobs at the moment. I don't mind where I am based as long as its at least 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 1 month on/1 month off type situation!

Does anyone know of anyone recruiting right now as it would be a massive help!

I figure that I got the interview with Hariri which has got to be a good start...now I just need to bag the job at the interview!!!

It made me laugh when I asked for feedback and they said they show the CV's and PHOTO's to the family and they decide so there isn't any feedback to give...whats the point in the interview then!!!

Got the same email as yourself today. Felt quite positive after my interview aswell although understand how you feel about the whole process. The lovely lady who was interviewing said she would shortlist me but did say that the decision ultimately lay with Madame hariri who she was meeting with yesterday, so yeah a little demotivating that it just came down to the photos!

Good luck with the jobhunting!!:)

V.I.P F/A jobs

Hi everyone,
I have 20 years experience as a cabin crew member and 15 of those years working on private/ v.i.p planes.
I have done lots of freelance work the last eight years, but it seems to have slown down lately and I am eager to get jobs again "here and there"
Does anyone have any suggestions or any links ??
I appreciate any inputs.......

muschixxl 3rd Jun 2008 00:17

I`m sure u know comlux; jetaviation; maxaviation; excujet; swiss jet- but at the moment it is the same with all the freelance F/A´s. Not many jobs around. I hope it will change!

ltn and beyond 5th Jun 2008 16:52

Try Int Jet Club at Farnborough, they are nearly always looking for F/A's, mainly full time though.

rafik hariri

hi there, its owned by saudi ogar.
Few bases, mainly paris though. Month on month off. £5000 on the month you work, £1500 on the month you dont work!
Full training for 10 days. Can fly in any position once trained, large aircraft.
Not so sure about this co though so be careful!

vvipjetgirl 7th Jun 2008 18:28

vvip applications

I fly in corporate aviation so if you need advice please ask.
All i can say is its very hard to get your foot in the door, Prepare a good cv and professional pics.
All companys are different so its hard to tell you what hours and pay will be like. Month on month off, based anywhere you like as they will fly you out to meet the jet at the begining of your rotation. Could be 2 wks on 2 wks off...totally depends. Money should be alot more than commercial but then your professionalism and service will have to be too.
Research before any interview! You will have to know about your pax...likes and dislikes. You will have to decide upon the menu and order it from the catering companies around the world. You cant make any mistakes! Learn silver service, how to serve caviar, fine wines. Spend long periods away from home. be immaculate at all times.
any help, just ask

flightlevelchange 11th Jun 2008 23:57

Jet Air

See this company is recruiting on aviationjobsearch.com, think this is the same company that have had several names, and have let a lot of crew down on not paying them salaries or allowances, be careful if you do go for this one..
