Wow, so called UP Tower! You are very lucky! It is downtown in the heart of Dubai, metro station in front of the building, short way to work and also back, cabin crew nightclub zinc and heaps of other bars and nightclubs in walking distance, near dubai mall... Winner

I have just got my GC today after my EK careers account was locked and says you will be contacted by your recrutment cordinatore at the earliest

Also not bad, I used to live there the appartments are big and quite new, there are heaps of restaurants around, grocery store's, internet cafe plus rooftop pool, closest mall is about 10 mins by taxi, deira city center. It is not in the center but in a still busy area!

Hello guys,
I'm new here
I want to know what are you recommending me. I was rejected 5 months ago, in august. I want to know...Emirates is coming this month in my city. They have open day, but the problem is, I will have 6 months only in February
I send them two times email, first time in November and second time few days ago but looks like they never answer the tickets send on https://ekgrpapplications.emirates.com (weird...for such a "serious" company)
My question is...can I go if they have open day, even if I'm 5 months and 2 weeks away from my last application ?

omg, Im so happy for all of you who have made it. I cant wait to go to my od. Hopefully I make it!
After alot of reading, a few questions and lots of interview practice. I think my only set back is the tattoos. I have 2 one on my back and one on my hip. I know these places are acceptable, but I know I will be nervous telling them. I think they ask you during the reach test and I dont want that to hold me back from getting the job!
ugh! one month to go until my od. Hopefully they are super hiring during that time, cause everything else I think I have.
Thank you to everyone on this forum. I love reading about everyones sucess, tips, experiences and advice! It gives me alot of encouragement to follow my own dream, and confidence to feel like I can handle the challenge of kicking butt during the od, ad and fI

Hey Everyone !
Did any of you apply online before attending OD? Also how good were your pictures? Mine were bad, on account of me taking them myself.
But everything else on my application seemed to met the cabin crew requirements !

Hi everyone,
I have a few questions because I'm a little mixed up.
The recruiters gave us in our AD the tattoo form so does this mean the company skips this step or will they do it again?
Second thing, I've been reading and noticed that recently the people accepted get their status changes after an average week. It's been 12 days for me.
This might be the wait that is killing me but is my theory right and I should just prepare for the worst? Anyone working in EK have any idea ?
Third I'm a little confused what comes first a phone call saying you've been successful or the AIP, you will be contacted then the phone call on the website?
SO nervous waiting and going over my final interview in my head over and over. I was nervous and it showed, I would hate that would be the reason I lose the job.. on the other hand I did answer the questions... my answers could of been better but when your in the hot seat you just say what pops in your head.
Please anyone tell me what you think.
I'm going crazy thinking things over.

Hi Yana, Dont know if its u....but I remember meeting a girl from sweden in the London AD, and she was the first one to do the FI cause she had to fly back to sweden....is it you? my FI was on the 22nd of november and hers was too...anyway u got the job so good for you!!!!
