I was told at interview, if you do not receive an e-mail from them within the 3 weeks, that you should contact them. Seeing that you are waiting now for 4 weeks to hear something...I think you should ring them

I did call (3times)and they passed me directly to the person in charge of it,and she keeps telling me that I have to wait for the email...don't know what to do,she didn't sound very happu last time I called

Oh really.!.! Sorry to hear that...em...do you know if the person you were talking to on the phone that was in charge of it, was the person conducting the Open Day and interviews with you etc.?
Another idea maybe to do is..I read your above comment that you know of, 4 people out of the 12 that got the congratulations e-mail. If you are still in touch with any of them. Ask them kindly if they could give you the e-mail address of the recruitment officer (they would know this by them receiving the congratulations e-mail), maybe he or she is the actual one that was there conducting the open day etc. E-mail him or her about your situation.
Even though the lady on the phone said you have to wait for an e-mail, BUT STILL, the wait is a killer, especially when it has gone past it's 3 weeks notification.!.! You would like to know either outcome..right?!?

No,she is not the same one from the interview and I can't get the contact mails from the interviewers,they won't give me that info,and yes I did call and send an mail to the person who send the congrats mail to my friends,my gossshhhh...
I feel like she doesn't really listen to me,she just gives me an automatic answer and getting fed up with me,which doesn't help either...

Oh really... Well...I don't think my medicals will be in on time for June....I hate our Irish Health system.!.! I had to go back to the Doctor and the hospital AGAIN today.!.! 
They forgot to do 2 of my blood tests.! After me already waiting for the results. FOOLS.!.!.!

I sent my medical results 4 days ago - a 3MB email -, but I forgot to ask for confirmation. Do you think they received it? or should I ask them for the confirmation email? On the other hand, I read that you are still waiting for medical clearance, did they ask you to repeat a medical test?

Hi guys,
just had to repeat another test,which was falsely written.Now I know I don't have kyphosis anymore thanks to another x-ray i had to do..
Now am wondering how long i still have to wait till they get back to me finally.
A question;- Do they keep true to the month they say one is tentantively booked to fly out in?As in, must one fly out during this time they say?

It means that they are planning on flying you out to Doha at that time under the condition that you are medically cleared and have received your visa.
If you don't want to travel around that time and want to travel another day, it might be a good idea to let them know now so that they can give your place to another person.

yes they ask me to get the CBC as my medicals wanst as detailed as they want.. i also have mild scoliosis.. but i have recomendation from doctor that im fit to work as cabin crew

I too have scoliosis but was told by my doctor that it's only curved by 5%. From the sound of it you probably have about the same being very mild, like mine. So don't worry to much about it, you'll be just fine!
As for the previous posts I read through just a few to be disturb about how negative some have been about the airline... e.g 3 bedroom sharing 1 bathroom (oh deary me - and that's so bad!). Be thankful that you have this job where as some of us who can only dream of being a flight attendant, but at this very moment is working very hard towards that goal...wishes they were in your place. It sounds to me like you're one of those kinds that prefer to walk the red carpet, live in luxury etc. It's my dream to become a flight attendant, to serve as well as see the wonders of the world... learn new cultures even if it means staying in standard hotels etc.Am I making sense here? Please appreciate what you have!!!
