I know this sounds silly but it's all important, you'll have an exam within the first few days/week that your score will be recorded from, from those scores and performance over the course your seniority will be generated within your course, if a xfer or part time comes up it's in your best interests to be as high on that list as possible, it is also used for bidding, seniority on board and leave.

if you fail the exam you'll get points, points don't win prizes, points get you sacked, 2 for failing the first exam 3 for failing sep or avmed and 1 for behaviour problems, if you get to 6 points you go.

so work hard!!!

Just to say that we didn't have an exam in the first few days. They have compelely changed the course. You don't get two points for failing that first exam because there isn't any. It is no way near as scary as above post is made out.

BA are very good at training you so you don't fail, also they now do an NVQ which is very good and that is why they have restructured they whole course. There are points but believe me you have to be really bad to get so many that you are sacked.

Good luck and don't worry about insight please. Learn it but don't worry too much over it.
