The original B300 has its own set of books for both the normal and light weight versions.
I hate to pick nits but the BE-B300 is the King Air 350 and the BE-300 is the King Air 300.

If you are looking for performance without balance field lengths (something I think is unwise) the King Air 300 has an empty weight close to the 200's but has 1050 horses on each side for takeoff which gives it great takeoff rolls and climb performance.

Have no intention of operating without balanced field lengths. Have already made that clear to the boss. That being said, it doesn't look like the 350 will be the machine for him and his strip.
