Probably someone who ticked the box that said "I have read the Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them" not reading the Terms & Conditions or not abiding by them...

Not police Stressfree, Lawyers.
With former and err, present (?) principals at each others throats with m'learned friends we got caught in the crossfire. Our position is presently eroded by the poster who didn't ever come up with the goods regarding court appearances in December. I hope that can be changed.

I now have a copy of the judgement issued December 5th.
It comprehensively flattens John Matthews in each and every respect, judgement awarded against him as are costs and leave to appeal denied.
Judge Eyre further notes Matthews' testimony as being incomplete, lacking in details, vague and that, despite prompting, no records of substantial financial transactions has ever been kept.
Thus, what appears to be a phyrrric victory for the present management in the light of the company presently ceasing trading while substantial sums of money under claim in a secondary part of the judgement are stashed within the discrete vaults of the usual offshore banks
For clarity PPRuNe is having the lawyers waved at us from both sides of this sorry affair. JM is suggesting that legal actions continue in the civil courts and Bluestream have declared they will still resort to the courts and that their lawyers are monitoring PPRuNe.
This thread remains open and as long as you are careful it should be able to continue with the hope that posts are written with some consideration for the feelings of those looking at the loss of their job through no fault of their own.
Regards again,
Rob

Thats good news that PM anticipates he can pay the Lawyer fees for any action taken against Prune posts. Does PM also hope that he can pay the Salaries/Expenses that are owed to staff/contracters to Bluestream??

Latest I have heard and its a good source is that the 604 fleet has been returned to the owners or finance companies. The couple of Cessna's are continuing to operate. Best of luck with that!

One 604 is locked in the Jet Hangar at Biggin. Two 604's are liened at Biggin Hill and detained. All for unpaid bills
The Citations (or most of them) are locked in Jet's Hangar.
Nobody is in the office. If anyone thinks that this sorry outfit will get off the ground again he must be the world's greatest optimist!

Has any ex employee been given any outstanding wages yet after the email PM sent out on the 29/1/09 I dont understand how it can take so long to pay any money out if they say there going to, or is MP waiting until he has his planes back from the Jet hangar and the wheel clamps come off.
Also has any one managed to get a job yet.
