I can confirm................
The GECAT 125 sim is strictly clockwork with very limited visuals but a useful aid to selection IF used correctly. If you fly the numbers on this beast it stays on the rails.............. Enjoy.

Sorry to be a nerd, but there are some late model 700s that have Collins EFIS-85B installed. Not sure how many but very few in comparison to total worldwide fleet numbers.

I've only ever seen the last two 125-700's fitted with EFIS (Operated by Dravidian Air Services out of Heathrow and Northolt) There may well have been one or two prior to these. Other than that I've seen one early 1978 model retrofitted with EFIS. All these three are now in the US. I'd be suprised if there wasn't one or two more

There is an Aruban registered late 125-700 that has an EFIS-85B fitted, it was having the RVSM upgrade done to it when I was working on my last contract.
Where the hell is Aruba anyway

British Aerospace modified one -700B with Collins EFIS long time ago, they were marketing the mod as the 125-700-II, but as far as I know, they only did this one mod. I'm pretty sure the last two
-700's (sn 257213 and 214) are not with Dravidian, and doubt if they are EFIS-equipped.
I last saw this -700-II in Toluca, Mexico with XA-registration, but it was nearly ten years ago, could be vwry well the one with Aruban (P4) registration. I guess it is a tiny island somewhere in the Caribbean.. Like VR-C and VR-B-countries

Both Dravidian aircraft were fitted with EFIS at build but I am not sure exactly what type and it was not a full digital system. We used to call them the Super 700's. However, I will find out. Both aircraft left the UK register last year and I believe were sold to the US. The other one I know to be modified, was 257064 which was done around 1984/5?. This started life in Saudi then to Australia and the last I heard was in the US.
I don't know anything about the Aruba aircraft. The 700-II mod was carried out on 257059 a series A model around October 1990 in the Arkansas Modification Centre, as far as I know (and I'm usually wrong-ask my wife!) that was the only aircraft to carry the 700-II designation.
Aruba, (Reg is P4-***) is off the Northern coast of Venezuela about 250 st miles NW of Caracus and comes under the Netherlands.
Must get a life rather than remembering all this stuff!!

For Interest
Having done a little checking I think the EFIS aircraft are as follows;
257059 is the only 125-700 II completed and is now registered as N9395Y
257064 was modified around 1984/85 it was in Australia as VH-JFT but is now in the US
257208 G-BLSM Dravidian. EFIS fitted at build now registered as C-GAAA
257210 G-BLTP Dravidian. EFIS fitted at build now registered as N502GF
257214 P4-CMP EFIS fitted at build 1984
257215 VT-OBE EFIS fitted at build 1984
Not all the last ones off the line were fitted with EFIS the RAF one (211?) didn't.
Over to anyone who knows any others?

Mike (fellow saddo!!) Echo
Yep, you are right about 257211 (RAF) not having EFIS.
257212 definately does not have EFIS either, now registered and flown in Lithuania and got a very snazzy 800XP type interior.
There is (although I dont think certified) an older 700 with a Collins FDS 2000 5 tube EFIS fitted somewhere in the U.S.
Off now to get a life
