Yep, you are right about 257211 (RAF) not having EFIS.
257212 definately does not have EFIS either, now registered and flown in Lithuania and got a very snazzy 800XP type interior.
There is (although I dont think certified) an older 700 with a Collins FDS 2000 5 tube EFIS fitted somewhere in the U.S.
Off now to get a life
